Body update the day after my 15k calorie challenge from yesterday!!! 💁🏻♀️
So guys, let’s go through this together...
First of all: I did NOT make it! 😄 15K calories were too much and I decided to stop at 7000kcal when my body said stop 🛑 Ofc I chose to listen to my body, challenge or not!! I’m not forcing food down.
THIS CHALLENGE was supposed to be a fun thing! BUT also to show you guys that when you are consistent with your nutrition & training.. ONE DAY of eating is NOT gonna change a thing on your body! It sure feels like it, but it’s NOT! Food is fun. Food makes us happy. And food is our FRIEND!! Not our enemy!! I simply wanted to show you that it’s possible to LIVE a balanced lifestyle WITH treats now and then! DON’T beat yourself up over some good food that you wanted to eat!! Okay.. you don’t have to eat 7000Kcal.. 😅😅 But I think you see my point in this, right!? 💜
I chose to stop this challenge because I realized I couldn’t do it! BUT.. I also got some really sad comments saying that I show an ‘unhealthy relationship to food’ and teaching young people an ‘unhealthy way of looking at foo’!! THAT’S NOT WHAT THIS IS!! Come on. PLEASE PPL... It’s the exact opposite of that! I wanna show that even if I ate this amount of food or any ‘cheat meal’ at all... it’s fiiiiiiine!!!!
I also want to apologize for making it look like a gave up because of these comments! Yes, ofc it makes me a bit sad that people actually think like that!! That’s the stupidest thing! But I’m not gonna let it break me! 🤗 I know my standards and what I believe in! And that’s a HEALTHY AND STRONG LIFESTYLE!!
This is MY SHAPEN this morning, flexed vs. relaxed. I gained 2kilos during a half day! And maaaan I had some energy at my session today.. wow!! 😅
